Extra Special Tracker (EST)
EST (Extra Special Tracker) is Extra Special Studio’s free desktop tool for mod authors and small studios. Track CurseForge and Modrinth download totals over time, sync GitHub issues, and pull Modrinth notifications into one Inbox. CurseForge private messages are opened via the official Authors console (no public PM API). Tokens are stored with OS encryption (Windows DPAPI). Download from GitHub Releases — no license key required.

Quick start
- Download and install Extra Special Tracker from GitHub Releases.
- Add CurseForge Core, Modrinth, and optional GitHub tokens in Settings.
- Add your projects (or import a catalog) and refresh downloads.
Extra Special Studio is funded in part by optional ads on this website — not inside the EST app. Support the studio if you find EST useful.
Legal
EST stores tokens with Windows DPAPI encryption in the app data folder. We do not receive your CurseForge, Modrinth, or GitHub secrets.
